503.08: SALE TO MINORS UNDER EIGHTEEN: <br />� No person shall give, sell or otherwise furnish any firearms or air guns of any kind, or <br />3 any ammunition of any kind for use therein, to any minor under the age of eighteen (18) <br />�� years without the written consent of the parent or guardian of said minor. Said permission <br />� shall be preserved by the person furnishing such arms or ammunition and shall be open to <br />�r inspection at all reasonable times by all law enforcement officers or the judges of any <br />� court of record in the state.
