These workers are drawn ta places and cities with an excellent quality of urban lii'e in close proximi�y to pristine zzatural resoiu-ces. It is important t�at Rosevz�le inerease t�e quantity and diversity oi Ii�ing choices so that tlae City can retain its broad range of workers, expand its tax base an€d utilize the existing inizastxuct€are #a atlract r�ew workers. Providing choices for residents, workers, and customers is aznportant — and this wil� give the neiglabaxhood a choice to walk more and to suppozt �-a��sit services. The ability to vvalk frorn place to place is a wanderful alternative fnr thase that can c��ive — and it is a liberati��g activity for tt�ose con�ned ta an office or home during portions of the day.
