Tk�e City �ncourages <br />design elements that contrib�te i:o a pu�lic z�cealrn that increascs �he quality o�' 1i�e fpr <br />aurz-ent and f�t�re residents. Furt�ez-more — the City has responsibility for d��ning k�pw <br />the "private realm" (buildings, etc.) affects the "public realrn" {streets, public places, <br />etc,),.. For Tr�vin Lakes this has been done by identifying and eneouragzng a sei of streets <br />(publie realrz�), frontages (serni-private realm) and b�ildings (p€�blic realm} ��-that are <br />consistent with the neighborhood redevelopment vision. <br />Call it a KTT O�' PARTS.
