This type of minor ��bdivisiQn <br />sha11 be limiteci to a com�on wall duplex z�ainor �ubdivi�ioz� of a pareel in an R-2 I]istrict or <br />other zoning district which allows c��zp�ex�s, alang a comrnon r�vall of the structu�re az�d <br />comman lot line of the principle structure where the structure rnee�s all required �cibaeks <br />except the eomrnon wa11 property line. Within sixty (60) days after apprava� by the City <br />Manager, the applicant for the comrnon wall duplex �inor subciivision shall recc�rd the <br />subdivision and the certiiieate of survey with the Ramsey County Recnrder.
