The modification af the building <br />site pad negafiively impacied the number o� parking stalls and #he Wildlifis Ref�abilitafiion <br />Genter agreed io pro�ide the fun�s necessary for �arCcing Int, driveway and related <br />improvemants shc�c�id t�Py b? necessary. <br />Section 3 of tl�e addendum, "financial res�or�sibility for the parking lot and driveway <br />imprvvemen�s°' is set to ex�ire on Dec�mber 31, 2007. <br />Staff has been in regular communica�ior� with t�e Minnesota W�Idlife Rehabititafion <br />Center ar�d, at their reques�, recommenc�s that section 3 of the lease addendum <br />"financial responsibility for �he parking lot ar�d driv�way im�rovements" set to expire on <br />Decemb�r 31,2007 be extende� �nti[ Marc}� 31, 2009. <br />Attaehe� is a lease extensian agreement �etween the Minnesota Vllildlife Re�a�ilitatior� <br />Center and the City af Rosevilfe that has been r�rriewed by the City Attor�ey and is <br />recommen�e� for approval. <br />POLICY 08J�CTlVE <br />T}�e Raseville City Cc��ncil appra�red the lease agreement wit�t the Minnesota Wildiife <br />ReF�abili�atian Cent�r on .luly 24th, 200Q and the lease adder�dum ar� May 20, 2002. <br />A�proving a lease extensio� is consisfient with Ci�y policy. <br />FINANCIA� IMP�.ICAT�CINS <br />No fir�anciaf costs ta the City are associated wi#h extending the date on the lease <br />addendum. <br />
