It <br />also provided for the eventual possibility of parking fot expansion and related items since th� <br />�nal focatian of the buifding resul�ed in fewer par[cing spac�s. <br />Speei#ically, item � of the addendum entitled "�inar�cial R�sponsibility far Parking Lat ar�d <br />Driveway Impro�ernen�s" specifies an expiratian of Decerr�ber 3 i, 2407. As we approach this <br />date, the WRC and the Gty of Rosevi[le agree to extend �he ex�iration date of itern 3 of the <br />12-R-03 addendum fro� Decernlaer 31, 2007 �o March 31, 2009. <br />By signing the lett�r below, the Minnesata Wild[ife Reha6ilitation Cen�er and the Gity of <br />Rvseville hereby agree �o th� ex�ension as outlined al�ove. <br />F'hi{ip M.
