If a Wil�fu� ox Repeat violation caused or cantributed to the deat� af an e�np�oyee, <br />however, MNOSHA is cornpelIed by iar� ta assess the employer a total non-�zego�iable �enalty of at least $50,000 <br />for all citations connected to fihe ez�ployee's death. �f there are no Wilifui or Re�eat violations among ti�e <br />violations that caused or cantributed to th;� eznplaye�'s death, MNC)SHA znust assess che employex a tota� non <br />negotiable penalty of at least $25,a00 for all citatzons cnnnected ta t�e eznployee's death.
