This <br />9 vvorl� zs �ocused on backgrounci research, process �icl�off, az�d publie inpui. The fotal <br />ld amount �nr Fhase I is $33,937.00 <br />1� 2.3 City staff has worked with HKGi to prepare a revzsed scnpe a�woxk %r �'�ase II of t��e <br />12 compre�ensive p�az�n.ing process. (The revised seope of work rs aitached to this repart.) <br />13 T�e second phase of this prnject vvill be directed tawarcts a�alysis of pla.�izaix�g eie�nents, <br />14 including land use, transportation, parks and reczeation, natural resources, and econnrnzc <br />T 5 develap�ent, as we11 as upda�ing of the plan.
