To create an effective Ca�nprehensive Flan, the planning proeess ir�ust <br />identify the critical issues ar€d explore alternati�es for addt�essing il�em through <br />the Comprehensive Plan. <br />4. This paper will se�•ve as a <br />tnol for facilitating other discussia�►s and reaching aonsensus ot� issues that <br />require the most attention. Based on aur initial research and discussians, the ]ist <br />o��ey planning issues may include: <br />• Future fancf use ehanges. <br />• Maintaining and enha�cing the parks and recreational faci[ities. <br />• Enhancang tlae t�eans of traveling by foot and bicycle. <br />� Maintenance of existit�g neighborhoods. <br />• Changing demo�raphics and technotogy and ihe reIated imptications faa- <br />d��elo�ment and municipal services. <br />
