If a Will�l ar �.epeat violaEion ca�€sed or contributed fio the death of an e�xa.ployee, <br />howevear, MNOSHA is campelled by law to assess che exa�pioyer a tatal non-negotiable penalty af at Ieast $50,000 <br />for al1 citatians connected to the employee's death. If there are �o Will�ul ar Repeat violations amqr�g the <br />❑i�latians that eaused or cor�tribut�d ta the employ�e's cieath, MNOST�A must assess tlie em�layer a tatal non- <br />negotiable pe��alty of at Ieast $25,000 far all citations conr�eeted to the employee's death.
