<br />at 23300 Bellaire Blvd., Richmond, Texas (the "Richzno�d P�ojeci"), {ii) financi�g ar refnanci�g the
<br />costs of certain capi�al assets for Irnma��el Lutheran Church, includ�z�g but not limited ta refinancing
<br />certain exi,sting iz�debtedness which was used io £'�nance an ap�aroxzzx�ately 25,000 sc�uare fo�t

<br />gyarzznasium, a kific�en and Iandscaping located at 7910 East St. Joe Highvsray, Lansing, Michigan (t�e
<br />"Lansi�g Project") and (vi) finazae�ng or re�'inaneing the costs af certain capital assets £or Metro East
<br />Luthearar� High School, including but nat �xm�ted ta Financin� the eanstruction, acquisitio�, rena�ration,
<br />improving and equipping o�' a xnulti-purpose facili�y, six classrooms and a scie�ce lal� �ocateci at 6305

<br />Assoc�atzon of Houston. The initial owner, operataar ar manager of the Batavza Pro�ect is ��mar�uel
<br />Evangelical Lutheran Church-Batavia, �li�nais. The �ni�ial owner, operator or manager of the St. Louis
<br />Project is Lutheran High School AssoGiatzon a� St. Lou�s. The init�al owner, operator or mar�ager of
<br />the Minnesota Project is Concordia Acade�y Assoe�at�on of Sc�Z�ols. T�e initial awner, operator pr
<br />manager o� t�e Lansin� Paraject xs 4ur Savior Lutheran Church oi Lansing, Mich. The xn'rtial owner,
<br />operator or ixzanager of the Edwardsville Praject is Metro East Lutheran High Schaoi Association, Tnc.
<br />Na more than $S,SQQ,OQa of the proceeds of the Bonds is expected to be spent az� t�e Batavia �'roject.
<br />Na �ore than $2,00O,OOQ of t�e proceeds of the Baz�ds is expectec� to be spent at �he Edwaxdsville
<br />Project. No more than $3,040,000 of the proceeds of the Bc�nds is expected ta he spent on tl�e St.
