Please state your reasons for wanting to serve on the Commission/Committee/Task Force: (Be as speck as possible - use additional sheet if necessary) Given my professional and personal background, I feel I have the skills and ability to assist the City Council in balancing multiple needs inherent to the development and sustainabilityof a dynamic and diverse City such as Roseville. I understand the process involved for acquiring and developing corporate properties having worked as a team member responsible for the scope and analysis as well as successful implementation, communications and project management. AdditionallyI am currently responsible for the communication and integration of new technology-W support business development and growth. This includes (Global Information System) technology such as way finding, mapping and analysis of data. is your view of the ON of 6 s Force? To assist in providing a forum for input into the City's specific planning applications and development plans and policies. Assist in identifying significant issues and make recommendations to the City Council. To support the commission's citizen and public engagement activities related to the city's planning and development responsibilities. Understanding of minutia involved in the scope of the Planning Commissions work, which includes such areas as: Comprehensive Plan development to meet 2008 timeframe, integration of recommendations from the Visioning Process, ordinances review and to assist with further study and recommendation for various types of land and property development (residential, commercial, public /private) within our city. As a resident of Roseville, I would be honored to serve on the Planning Commission in order to contribute my skills and knowledge for the betterment of our community, taking serious the duties and obligations of this important role.
