I believe that with my background I would be an asset to this committee. <br />What is my view of the role of a member of the Planning Commission? <br />To review any proposed planning commission projects, to research and discuss as many <br />positives (pros) and negatives (cons) each project will bring to our city. To bring fresh <br />ideas to the cities planning commission, regulate growth in the community by passing or <br />denying permits, codes, variances, etc. Provide direction for current plans, check <br />ordinances, licensing and development projects and report conclusions to Roseville city <br />council. <br />4�1 e;4" <br />Ronald R Kampa <br />Realtor <br />
