Continue Public Hearing to Consider a Moratorium on Single <br />—Family Residential Subdivision <br />Mayor Klausing reconvened the Public Hearing, continued from <br />the December 18, 2006 Council meeting at 8;4� p.m. <br />Community Development Director John Stark provided a brief <br />report, noting that the staff report originally presented at the <br />December 18, 2006 Council meeting had been updated as <br />highlighted in the January 8, 2007 version; and included written <br />comment from Ruth Partridge regarding her six acre parcel of <br />land at 3008 and 3010 Cleveland Avenue requesting exemption <br />from the moratorium, and an e-mail from Darrel LeBarrQn and his <br />property at 2101 W County Road B and their location in a"core <br />b�ock" making up a"large-lot group" in the City. <br />At the request of Mayor Klausing, Mr. Stark clarified that there <br />were currently two pending land use applications for subdivision <br />that would be exempted from any moratorium enacted tonight: <br />Ordinance 1343 <br />Continue Public <br />Hearing to <br />Consider a <br />Moratorium on <br />Single —Family <br />Residential <br />Subdivision <br />
