Council-Initiated Agenda Items for Future Meetings Planning Commission Vacancies Councilmember Roe respectfu�ly requested that the City Council consider speeding the process for filling the vacancies to the Planning Commission, given the pending workload of the body; suggesting that once applications close on January 16, interviews be immediately scheduled for the two (2) vacancies on the Planning Commission at the January 22, 2007 Study Session and their appointments scheduled at the January 29, 2007 regular City Council meeting; allowing the seats of Councilmember Roe and Commissioner '�rayno� to be filled and in place by the Planning Commission's March meeting. Councilmembers concurred to this fast track for the Planning Commission as outlined and directed staff to schedule interviews for Planning Commission vacancies in conjunction with the January 22,2007 Study Session. Audit Committee Councilmember Kough requested that the Audit Committee be discussed at the January Study Session; as well as additional discussion regarding ongoing contract maintenance concerns, speci�cally the pending contract renewal with N.�a�sdex� for janitorial services at City facilities. Imagine Roseville 2025 Community Visioning Report Councilmember Pust questioned the timing for availability of the final report �o�a. Ms. Carroll and supporting documents. Mr. Miller advised that he was awaiting word fro�m. Ms. Carroll; but had tentatively scheduled discussion at the January Study Session, as part of a broader discussion on goal setting and Council-Initiated Agenda Items for Future Meetings
