SECTION 4. Review of Subdivision Regulations. The Roseville City Council hereby <br />instructs and direct the Roseville Planning Commission to undertake a study, and to hold <br />public meetings anc1loz- hearings as it deems necessary, to determine the future form of <br />zoning anc�lor subdivision regulations that should exist in ti11e City of Roseville, for <br />purposes of advancing public health, safety and welfare; and shall forward to the City <br />Council, upon completion of such studies, any findings andlo�r proposals concerning <br />proposed amendments to the official controls ancllor subdivision regulations of 1j�� City <br />of Roseville that are coilsis�eni with the Roseville Comprehensive Plan and the <br />Metropolitan Council System Statement for the City of Roseville. <br />SECTION 5. Enforcement. The City of Roseville may enforce any provision of l71[� <br />ordinance by any and all means authorized by City Code or applicable State Statute. <br />SECTION 6. SEperabili��. Every section, provision, or part of this ordinance is <br />declared separable from every other section, provision or part of this ordinance. If any <br />section, provision, or part of this ordinance is adjudged to be invalid by a court of <br />competent jurisdiction, such judgment shall not invalidate any other section, pro�visio�i or <br />part of this ordinance. <br />SECTION 7. Effective Date.
