Mr. N�alinen <br />advised that, when claims were made against the City, the City for- <br />warded the claim to the LMCIT to determine if coverage was avail- <br />able and to advise of the law firm that is in the best position to defend <br />the City against the claim. <br />Ihlan moved, Kough seconded, that the City hire new independent <br />Counsel from the previously-providedlist from the LMCIT. <br />
