Mr. N�alinen advised that, when claims were made against the City, the City for- warded the claim to the LMCIT to determine if coverage was avail- able and to advise of the law firm that is in the best position to defend the City against the claim. Ihlan moved, Kough seconded, that the City hire new independent Counsel from the previously-providedlist from the LMCIT.
