Councilmember Ihlan advised that those lawyers involved to-date had a stake in the development and previous litigations, with Kra�s Mon- roe drafting the original contract now under dispute; with Iverson Reuvers serving as co-counsel with the developer in the citizen law- suit; and reiterated her support for new independent counsel to pro- vide taxpayers with the best results; opining that the law firms used to-date had all given the City advise that had landed the City in court.
