Mayor Klausing opined that he didn't know how to prevent <br />� people from bringing additional evidence before the City Council. <br />f <br />� <br />� <br />to <br />1] <br />1� <br />1� <br />CouncilmemberPust suggested inserting a provision in the ordinance about <br />reconsidering new evidence before the Variance Board. <br />Councilmember �hlan requested a copy of the full ordinance prior to receipt <br />of the next packet, to allow her time to review it in its entirety. <br />14 City Attorney Anderson addressed several Statutory requirements and their <br />15 respective language as it related to the appeal and due processes; suggesting <br />7� that it would be more prudent to call it a public meeting with discretion to <br />1� hear additional evidence. Mayor Klausing directed City Attorney Anderson <br />]� to provide his recommendations and legal opinion in written form for the <br />I�' Council to review before the Council next considers this issue. <br />�� <br />�� Mayor Klausing declared that there was no need to table or provide a date� <br />� 2 specific return to discuss the issue; but to allow staff to return the item to a <br />�� future agenda as time allowed and as prudent. <br />�� <br />�;� 9. Consider Returning Twin Lakes Brownfields Cleanup Grants to the <br />�� Metropolitan Council and Department of Employment & Economic De- <br />�'� velopment (DEED) <br />�� Jamie Radel, City of Rosevz�le Economic Development Specialist and Grant <br />�� Administrator provided information to the City Council and sought direction <br />�� for moving forward with grant funds awarded in the total amount of <br />� 1 $2,342,200 for brownfield clean up costs awarded to the Twin Lakes project. <br />��2 Ms. Radel identified the grants as follows: <br />�3 <br />
