Council- <br />member Roe opined that until that policy was changed, the City Council <br />should follow the policy; but observed he was not against revisiting and re- <br />considering the existing policy. <br />Councilmember Ihlan opined that it would be impossible to change the pol- <br />icy if incumbents continued to be reappointed before considering revising <br />the policy. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Roe; Pust and Klausing. <br />Nays: Kough and Ihlan. <br />Motion Carried. <br />
