Petition <br />As neighbors of the proposed MINOR SUBDIVISION for 156 Woodlyn, we wish to <br />ex ress our opposition.lNe do not believe the ro osal meets the intention of City Code <br />1� Q3.06F which states "side lines of lots shall be u�stan�ally at right angles or radiaf to the <br />street line'�. We also do not believe waiting until Parcel B requests a building permit is a <br />prudent requirement. If this proposal is approved, the driveway should be moved before <br />rep[at is finalized. The new driveway will afsc��ery constricted near the garage.
