� EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of �taznsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 12th day of March, 2007, at 6:00 o'clocic p.m. The following members were present: , and the following were absent: Council member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE, 2006 CONTRACT C WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on March 27,2006 for 2006 Contract C, Hardrives, �c., of Rogers, Minnesota has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with: �-as-o� P-06-04 FY�-06-12 NEIGHBORHOOD 32- C�TATSWORTi� & LOVELL RECONSTRUCTION 1�NIQZIGAN STRE�f- MILL & OVIIZLAY S.A.P. 160-227-09 WaLNUT ST�ET - MILL & OvExLaY S.A.P. 160-219-011 TE�INaL Roa� -OvExLaY NEIGHBORHOOD 1 S- MILL & OVERLAY JUDITH S�'IRF�I' URNEWAY MILL & OVFRL.AY ST. MARY'S MILL & OVERLAY TIES SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT SIDEWALK REPLACEMENTPROGRAM NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVII,LE, MINNESOTA, that the worlc completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for the fmal payment of such contract, talcing the contractor's receipt in full; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the one year warranty period as specified in the contract shall commence on March 12,2007. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being talcen thereon, the following voted in favor thereo£ and the following voted against the same: Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. �r
