A Conditional Use Pe�-��it is <br />� requested to allow the construction of a single-lane drive-through facility for the proposed 2,0182 square <br />� foot S�arl�ucks Coffee building. According to the B-2 zoning district guidelines, a Conditional Use <br />� Pe��rnit is required for construction of a drive-through facility. <br />� <br />� <br />� <br />� <br />The proposed drive-through window will be located on the east side of the Starbucks Coffee building <br />with the order panel located on the south side of the building and addi��iof�a! vel�ic�� stacking planned <br />along the west side of the building. The riAl�t-in/rigist out access <br />fr'o�n �air�iew Avenue will route Starbucks Coffee c�riv�-tlirough traffic northward through tl�e site via a <br />one-way drive located between tl�e Starbucks building and the existi►�,g 1�8,4p0-� square foot retail <br />building, the drive-through traffic will t13e�� be routed arourtd the St�i-b�ECks building toward the drive- <br />through order panel on the south side of the building. Vehicles accessing the site front the Highway 36. <br />West Service Drive will travel southward through the site toward the south side of the Starbucks Coffee <br />building to reach 11; ; drive-through order window. Once vehicles l�avc placed their order at the drive- <br />through order panel, they will proceed northward to pick up their order fro�n the drive ::� •nti�h window <br />located on fihe east side of the Starbucks Building. The distance between the order panel and the drive- <br />through window has allowed for stacking of four fuff-size passenger vehicles.
