Eugene Bahnemann, 2656 N Lexington <br />Mr. Bahnemann referenced a recent Letter to the Editor in the Rose-- <br />ville Review regarding the St. Paul Winter Carnival; and expressed his <br />personal concern with excessive damage done to Central Park in <br />Roseville during the medallion hunt. Mr. Bahnemann advised that <br />there were numerous people trespassing on the east side of his prop- <br />erty, as well as on adj acent private property. Mr. Bahnemann opined <br />that, as a taxpayer, he didn't want to pay for other people ruining the <br />City's park property. <br />Mayor Klausing asked Mr. Miller to follow up with staff and report <br />back to �the City Council on any damage done in Central Park during <br />the medallion hunt. <br />
