� Employees must maintain clean and presentable uniforms as judged by <br />the supervisor. <br />273 Verification of all purchases shall be presented to the City prior to reimbursement. In the <br />event that an employee leaves the service of the EMPLOYER, the employee's <br />reimbursement allowance will be pro-rated for each month that tl�e employee worked <br />during the contract period. In the event the EMPLOYER reimbursed the employee for <br />amounts in excess of that amount earned, the EMPLOYER will deduct the excess from <br />the employee's final cheelc or severance payment. <br />ARTICLE XXVIII PROMOTION <br />28.1 All Ice Arena employees who are promoted to a higher job classification will be <br />compensated at a rate equal to ninety-five percent (95%) of the contract rate for the job <br />classification into which the employee is promoted, or to a rate five percent (5%) above <br />the employee's current rate, not to exceed the contract rate, whichever is higher. This <br />rate will increase to the contract rate, if applicable, for the employee's second year of <br />employment in the new job classification. In no case, shall an employee's wage be <br />greater than the contract rate for the job classification in which the employc� works. <br />ARTICLE XXIX JOB CLASSIFICATION, <br />SALARIES AND STEP SYSTEM rCDL� <br />29.1 Hourly rates and classifications are established in APPENDIX A. <br />The EMPLOYER will reimburse employees for the difference between the cost of a CDL <br />with endorsements and a regular driver's license. <br />ARTICLE XXX SEASONAL EMPLOYEES <br />30.1 Persons hired by the EMPLOYER on a seasonal or temporary basis for no more than 120 <br />working days in a calendar year, either in a full-time or part-time capacity, will be paid at <br />a rate determined by the EMPLOYER. Sucl� employees are not eligible for any benefits <br />under this AGREEMENT except as required by law. These positions will be primarily <br />laborer work. Persons hired as seasonal employees will not operate equipment requiring <br />a"CDL" License or any Heavy Equipment except for the three (3) ton dump truck and <br />then only after full-time streets division personnel are offered its operation. <br />,��T1�T,�' XXXI ��l��p��'S�4T�l�`�'1'I11�f�' <br />31.1 Compensatory time may be accrued up to fifty (50) hours for any overtime earned under <br />the provisions of this contract. <br />12 <br />
