It is my understandingthat <br />significant changes are occurring in the watershed both for the desire to develop urban green and brown <br />spaces and water protection regulations. MS4 regulations indicate the requirement for public education <br />and best practice for maintaining the built infrastructure. I hope to add back to the city in which I live <br />lively inputs to new and retrofittingideas for management of the green (plants), blue (water) and black <br />(roadways, trails) infrastructure.
