That resolution spelled out the procedures for when a vacancy <br />occurs and the procedure for reappointing a Commission member. <br />Staff put together a step by step work plan and calendar to make sure deadlines are met <br />and all appointments and reappointments are completed in accordance with the <br />Resolution. <br />Council has asked that this be brought forward for discussion. <br />
