In addition, State Statutes require that the <br />16 Council authorize the sale of surplus vehicles and equipment. <br />17 <br />18 General Purchases or Contracts <br />19 City Staff have submitted the enclosed items for Council review and approval. These surplus items will either be traded in on <br />replacement items or will be sold in a public auction or bid process.
