F���=�-[-�.�r�: <br />The Chief of Police is further authorized to administer the disposal of bicycles lawfully <br />coining into the possession of the City and remaining unclaimed by the owner after a <br />sixty (60) day waiting period. In addition to the disposal methods provided in Chapter <br />508.01, disposal of unclaimed bicycles ma�- be by donation to a nonprofit organization <br />that has a significant i��ssion of co���u2zity service or to another public corporation for <br />public use. A notice specifying the date of the donation, the identity of the donee, and a <br />general description of the bicycles shall be published in a newspaper of general <br />circulation throughout the City �,t least six �aia�l�s prior to such donation.
