Periodically, structures, <br />scheduled to be demolished, are offered to our �re and police departments for training. These structures are sometimes <br />owned by businesses that request a bold harmless for their corporation. <br />POLICY IMPLICATIONS: The City of Roseville would execute a hold harmless agreement for the benefit of the <br />Masterpiece Homes T�nc. located at 3088 W. �wassa Boulevard in the city of Roseville. <br />FINANCIAL: There are minimal financial implications for the execution of this agreement. <br />STAFF RECOMIV�NDATION: Staff recommendation is for council to approve the hold harmiess agreement for the <br />benefit of the owner, Thomas Biggs. <br />COUNCII, ACTION REOLTESTED: Motion to execute the hold harmless agreement with Thomas Biggs, for the <br />dwelling located at 3088 W. Owasso Boulevard for the benefit of fire department and police department training. <br />
