? � � � fi EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA $ Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of !� Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center ][M Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 26th day of March, 2007, at 6:00 o'clock p.m. 1] I' � 1� 1� l� [� I� 1� 19 �� �.1 � �'� �� �� The following members were present: and the following were absent: Council member Pust introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE, 2006 CONTRACT A: ROSELAWN AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on March 27,2006 for 2006 Contract A: Raselawn Avenue Reconstruction, Forest Lake Contracting of Forest Lal{e, Minnesota has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with 2006 Contract A: Raselawn Avenue Reconstruction. �6 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF �� ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted �8 and approved; and �9 :�� �i i� 3� a� 35 �6 �� 38 �� �0 �41 �� BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the one year warranty period as specified in the contract shall commence on March 26,2007. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolutionwas duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereoi and the following voted against the same: Whereupon said resolutionwas declared duly passed and adopted.
