I on the Housing & Redevelopment Authority, in and for the City of Roseville ("�-IRA"); <br />?� and <br />�:� <br />�� WHEREAS: Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.003 Subdivision 6, all tenns <br />�5 after initial staggered terms shall be for 5 years; and <br />�� <br />�i WHEREAS: The Mayor has submitted for this Council's consideration the re- <br />��$ appointment of resident Dean Maschka for a term of 5 months ending September 23, <br />�� 2007; a��d <br />3 [i <br />31 WHER.EA,S: The Mayor has submitted for this Council's consideration the re- <br />3? appointment of resident D�ai� Maschka for a term of 5 years ending September 23,2012. <br />33 <br />3� <br />�� <br />�� <br />3� <br />3� <br />3� <br />� <br />�] <br />�� <br />�� <br />•�� <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota: 1) the City Council does hereby approve Dean Maschka for a term of 5 <br />months ending September 23, 2007; and 2) the City Council does hereby approve Dean <br />Maschka for a term of 5 years ending September 23,2012. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote ial�en thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted <br />
