In addition to the disposal methods provided in Chapter <br />508.01, disposal of unclaimed bicycles znay be by donation to a nonprofit organization <br />that has a significant mission of coinrnunity service or to another public corporation for <br />public use. A notice specifying the date of the donation, the identity of the donee, and a <br />general description of the bicycles shall be published in a newspaper of general <br />circulation throughout the City at least sz� months prior to such donation.
