Adopt a Resolution Approving the Vacation of a Pedestrian <br />Pathway Easement and by Motion, approve the Preliminary Final <br />Plat of Venture ��� Addition by MSP Commercial, 2700 Snelling <br />Avenue (PF07-014) <br />City Planner Thomas Paschke summarized the request as outlined in <br />the staff report dated March 26, 2007; attempting to resolve certain <br />legal issues that have prevented the plat's recording to-date. <br />Councilmember Ihlan clarified the process, from a practical stand- <br />point, of vacating and rededicating the easement immediately. <br />Mr. Paschke noted that the resolution included that condition as de- <br />tailed on page two of the resolution. <br />1�� Pust moved, Ihlan seconded, adopted Resolution No. 10488 entitled, <br />1� "A Resolution Vacating a Portion of a Pedestrian Pathway Easement <br />1� in the Northeast Corner of Property addressed at 2700 Snelling Ave- <br />t�� nue (PF 07-014);" including the vaca�ionlrededic�tiun of the exist- <br />�� ing pedestrian pathway easement as recorded. <br />�] <br />�2 <br />2� <br />24 <br />�5 <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Pust; Ihlan; Kough; Roe and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />�� Pust moved, Ihlan seconded, approval of the Preliminary and Final <br />�� Plat of Venture 4th Addition, subject to the conditions stipulated in <br />�� Section 6 of the project report dated March 26, 2007. <br />�� <br />�� <br />�E <br />�� <br />�3 <br />�� <br />�� <br />�6 <br />37 <br />�� <br />��� <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Pust; Ihlan; Kough; Roe and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />s. Authorize City Staff to Advertise a Vacancy on the Human Rights <br />Commission <br />Councilmember Ihlan, while not objecting to advertising the vacancy <br />as normal procedure, opined that this and the new vacancy be consid- <br />ered and appointments made at the same time, following advertising <br />this vacancy. <br />
