Consider Appointments to Advisory Commissions <br />�0 Councilmember Kough advised that he had listened to the interviews via <br />31 video tape; however, he noted that the tape was of poor quality. <br />3� <br />;�ti� Ihlan moved to defer appointment of the Human Rights Commission va- <br />�� cancy until after the newest vacancy had been advertised. The motion failed <br />�� due to lack of a second. <br />�� <br />��� Councilmember Ihlan called for a Point of Procedure; requesting that Coun- <br />�� cilmembers include their names on their choices; at which point the tallies <br />
