List them the flip <br />chart. <br />St�2: Break into small groups. Select one member of the group to act as the "recorder" and <br />another as the "reporter." The recorder will take notes for the group and the reporter will present <br />the group's ideas to the larger group. <br />Step 3: From the list generated by the large group, each small group will choose six stakeholder <br />groups to discuss further. <br />����p r�: In your small groups, discuss the following for each of the stakeholder groups: <br />9 What does this stakeholder group want most? <br />9 What is this group's strongest argument for their position? <br />9 What is this group's weakest argument for their position? <br />9 What information does this group have? <br />�t�p 5: Each small group will report back its findings to the larger group. <br />StakeholderAnalysis March 6, 2007 <br />
