Aimee Gourlay from Hamlin� University's Mediation Center for Dispute Resolution is acting as the facilitator during advisory group meetings. Community Developmentstaff, John Stark andJamie Radel, are staff support to the group. GROUP NORMS Aimee asked the group to establish a list of norms from which to run the meetings and reach decisions. + CAG is the decision making body � City staff will act as a resource for the group � Visitors can participate and provide input to the discussion; however, priority will be given to group members • Consensus — Goal is that everyone is willing to support an idea. ff consensus cannot be reach, it will be noted for Council. PROCESS Jamie went over the study process that was provided to the group. Staff scheduled a community open house for the project on March 15 from 5:30 to 7:30. The next CACi meetings are scheduled for March 22 and 28. The group discussed if postcards invitations to the open house should be sent out to the entire community, the community "most affected" by the lot split issue, or to nobody. The group decided that postcards would not be sent out, but group members could pick up fliers to distribute.
