They don't fit the neighbarhood. And we have another driveway directly onto <br />I--iamline. <br />■ I��in � building $500,000 to $600,000 houses in an area where most houses would sc][ for $250,000-$300,000 doesn't <br />:.�d�� any sense. <br />Uther <br />■ People on Hamline have already had two ]�1]� parties with 100+ people, loud music, alcohol, etc. Also they all btail� <br />fences and thatkills flow of bacliyards. <br />Lights from the house facing Harnline shine into my bedroom, as do headlights from cars exiting the driveway. <br />Alr�ost constantly, 3 cars are parl�ed outside and a garbage container sits outside 24/'7. 'T`his is the view from my <br />home. The residents there have had 3large parties in their garage, complete with a Mariachi band. Cars are parked on <br />all nearby streets, including down the block I live on. Attendees walk thru my yard and deposited beer cans�bot�es in <br />my yard. Parties have continued until wee hours of the next morning. <br />5. If you weze in the market to buy a house today, would you buy one in your neighborhood? <br />93% Yes 7% No <br />�� <br />Affordabil�ty/Diversiiy of Housing <br />■ It's a nice neighbarhood but Pm afraid the $500,000 houses will. raise my taxes and Pm retired on fixed income. <br />Aesthetics <br />Great neighborhood, good people, well kept properties. <br />Area not as attractive as it once was - trees have been removed, Brooks Ave. and Ha�J%ne have been widened. <br />It is a well kept area. <br />Rosevil[e is a wonderful l st ring suburb.
