Gary <br />Grefenberg made two requested changes to the March 22 Meeting Summary: <br />1) On page 3, first paragraph under heading Meeting Conclusions, add the following new <br />sentence to the end of the paragraph: "Pust added that it seemed reasonable to her that if <br />the Group felt it needed more time to develop specific recommendations in certain areas <br />that it should request such additional time from the Council at the end of its current <br />study." <br />2) On page 3, second paragraph, replace "continueto take place" to "not be prohibited." <br />[NOTE: These changes have been reflected in the Meeting 2 Summary.J <br />FURTHER DISCUSSION OF ALTERNATIVES <br />The maj ority of the meeting was devoted to discussing potential alternatives associated with lot <br />dimension and size requirements and community-wide code uniformity. <br />Lot Dimensions/Siz� <br />Jamie Radel presented the results of research conducted by Associate Planner Bryan Lloyd that <br />examined single-family residential lot area and width standards in the central cities and inner- <br />ring suburbs of the metropolitan area. Less than half of the communities reviewed have only one <br />single-family residential zoning district, which includes Roseville. Of those, Roseville is second <br />only to Mendota Heights in required minimum lot area and width for those communities with <br />only one single-family zoning district. Roseville's minimums exceed nearly all of the minimums <br />set �orwarc� in all single-family residential zoning districts with the exception of "estate-like" <br />districts.
