Due to the <br />�.3 complexity of the issues put forward to the Advisory Group by the City Council, the discussion <br />�� of these issues and the development of the recommendations have taken longer than anticipated. <br />�5 <br />��+ The Advisory Group is faced with two options in providing the City Council with <br />�� recommendations —presenting its incomplete recommendations to the Council prior to the <br />7$ expiration of the moratorium on April 23 or presenting recommendationsto the Council in �id- <br />7� May after the expiration of the moratorium. The Advisory Group prefers the latter alternative as <br />8� members would like to seek public input and comment on the recommendations prior to <br />�] presenting them to the City Council. The limited amount of time before Apri123 would not allow <br />$�. for any type of public comment prior a Council meeting.
