Physical Impacts of Lot Splits <br />Traffic Generation <br />According to the Institute of T�a�asportatian Engineers, a single-family residential home <br />generates 9.55 daily auto trips on a�erage. <br />Storm Water Management Requirements <br />New developmentmust seek to minimize the disruption of natural drainage areas and must <br />conuol the volume and rate of storm water runoff lea�ing the property to the satisfaction of <br />the City Engineer. The City's Surface Water ManagementPlan recognizes that its starm water <br />system is integrated with its natural lakes and wetlands.
