Attached is a letter from the Association ar�c( <br />Certificate of Liability Insurance. <br />�n 1997 the L.ake �wassa Tas1� Farce prese�ted a series af recommendations to the City Council. <br />The Council, in the resolution taking ac�ion on the recommendations, agreed it wouEd be the policy of <br />the City to provid� for public carnment at C��nci! meetings r�garding requests for permits on the <br />Lake. <br />Staff Recommendation: <br />It is recommended the Cour�cil �siablish a public f�earing for ihe Apri[ 23, 2p07, meeting to car�sider <br />the request. A�fected Rase�il[e residents on the Lake will �e notified. <br />Council Action Requesteci: <br />Motion establishing a public hearing for th� City Council �eetir�g qf April 23, 2��7, ta consider the <br />Lake 4wasse� Safe Boating Association's request for approual of placement of a water ski course and <br />jump an Lake Owasso for the 2007 seasan. <br />
