Lot Splits — Update on the Single-Family Residential Lot Split <br />Study Group <br />Economic Development Specialist Jamie Radel and Community De- <br />velopment Director John Stark, as well as several members of the City <br />Council-appointed Citizen Advisory Group (Planning Commission <br />Chair Mary Bakeman; Planning Commissioner Jim Doherty; and at- <br />large community members Darrel LeBarron and Vivian Ramalingam) <br />were present to participate in the presentation and update the City <br />Council on the Lot Split Study Group. <br />Ms. Radel provided a detailed summary of the study group today and <br />a progress report, including the project history, progress to-date; citi- <br />zens advisory group makeup, process and timeline; neighborhood sur- <br />vey and five neighborhood meetings held; public open house and their <br />proposed next steps.
