Comprehensive Plan Update — Discussion of Comprehensive Plan <br />Update Alternatives <br />Mr. Stark provided further recommendations to previous City Council <br />directive to assess each of the comprehensive Plan's 11 sections and <br />11 appendices to determine which sections remained relevant and <br />which had become obsolete; and to undertake technical updates of <br />those relevant sections and recreate obsolete sections in a manner con- <br />sistent with the Metropolitan Council's System Statement. <br />Mr. Stark provided a Bench Handout; the various sections and staffs <br />analysis of those sections; and proposed evaluation of the benefits or <br />liability of inclusion as reviewed by the Metropolitan Council; staff; <br />the City Attorney; and City Council. <br />
