Extract of Minutes of a Meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in the City on Monday, the 23rd day of <br />April, 2007, commencing at 6:00 P.M. <br />The following members of the Council were present: <br />And the following were absent: <br />During said meeting introduced the following <br />Resolution, the written presentation and reading of which were waived by unanimous consent of <br />the Council, and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION RECITING A PROPOSAL FOR A <br />FINANCING PROGRAM FOR A MULTI-FAMILY RENTAL <br />HOUSING DEVELOPMENT, CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING THEREON, <br />GIVING PRELIMINARY APPROVAL TO THE PROJECT AND THE PROGRAM, <br />AUTHORIZING AN APPLICATION FOR BONDING AUTHORITY <br />AND AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION <br />OF NECESSARYDOCUMENTS AND MATERIALS <br />(CENTENNIAL GARDENS EAST PROJECT) <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />member , and after full discussion thereof and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: <br />And the following voted againstthe same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />�a����r� <br />
