The deed was supposed to have <br />given the control of the common area to the Nature View of Roseville town home <br />association. <br />{� L.� At the same recording the developer of Nature View, Bob Moser, recorded a Warranty <br />I �'� Deed that dedicated to the City of Roseville Outlot "A" (the triangular land area adj acent <br />i_ the wetland) satisfying the developments park dedication requirement. <br />r� <br />�� �,�] SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATION: <br />:�+ ?.] The City Planner has reviewed the request and recommends that the City Council approve <br />�� the transfer of the common area to Nature View of Roseville via the attached Quit Claim <br />] � Deed. <br />i�r <br />1 N �.l� SUGGESTED ACTION: <br />I� 3. L Direct the City Manager to sign the Quit Claim Deed allowing the transfer of the <br />��t� "common area" of Nature View of Roseville to the rightful entity the town home <br />?' association.
