Extract of Minutes of a Meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in the City o�� Monday, the 7th day of <br />May, 2007, commencing at 6:0� P.M. <br />The �ollowi��� meinbers of the Council were present: <br />And the following were absent: <br />During said meeting introduced the following <br />Resolution, the written presentation and reading of which were waived by ui�aniinous consent of <br />the Council, and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION RECITING A PROPOSAL FOR A <br />FINANCING PROGRAM FOR A MULTI-FAMILY RENTAL <br />HOUSING DEVELOPMENT, CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING THEREON, <br />GIVING PRELIMINARY APPROVAL TO THE PROJECT AND THE PROGRAM, <br />AUTHORIZING AN APPLICATION FOR BONDING AUTHORITY <br />AND AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION <br />OF NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND MATERIALS <br />(CENTENNIAL GARDENS PROJECT) <br />The inotion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />inen�ber , and after full discussion thereof and �Xpo�� vote being talcen thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereo£ <br />And the following voted against the same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted <br />�ff��a���,r: <br />
