Consider Items Removed from the Consent Agenda <br />6.a Approve the Request of Brad Peterson for a <br />Recombination Minor Subdivision between two <br />adjacent properties at 1907 Gluek Lane (PF 3774) <br />(former Consent Agenda Item 5.j) <br />Interim City Manager Chris Miller, at the request of <br />Mayor Klausing, briefly reviewed the request of Brad <br />Peterson for a minor subdivision to relocate the common <br />parcel line between two existing parcels. <br />Councilmember Ihlan sought a better understanding of <br />how the lot line would move and for what purpose; noting <br />the letter from the applicant included in the packet, <br />indicating that there was no neighborhood opposition. <br />�oullciii�ie�ni�e�� Ihlan questioned if any of l�e neighbors <br />had been contacted or if any had expressed concerr�s. <br />City Planner Thomas Paschke detailed the request, noting <br />that neighbors had been contacted, in accordance with <br />City notice policy and State Statute, and that City staff <br />had received no comments. NIr. Paschke noted that the <br />property line would move from its current location toward <br />the existing home and to the west, allowing more room <br />for the new home to be constructed. <br />Klausing moved, Maschka seconded, approved the <br />request of Brad Peterson for a MINOR SUBDIVISION — <br />RECOMBINATION at 1907 Gluek Lane. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Maschka•, Pust; Ihlan and Klausing, <br />Nays: None. <br />Brad Peterson <br />Recombination <br />Minor Subdivision <br />1907 Gluek Lane <br />(PF 3774) <br />
