Designation of Local Government Unit (LGU) �- Designate the <br />City of Roseville as the LGU for the Northwestern College Envi- <br />ronmental Assessment Worksheet (former Consent Item 7.f} <br />Community Development Director John Stark summarized the staff <br />report dated Apri123, 2007, accepting designation as the Responsible <br />Governmental Unit (RGU) for the Northwestern College Environ- <br />mental Assessment Worksheet (EAW); and directing staff to take <br />steps required of an RGU, as stipulated by the Environmental Quality <br />Board (EQB), for reviewing the document and forwarding it to the <br />EQB and other state agencies for their review and comment. <br />34 City Attorney Anderson briefly outlined the complicated rationale <br />3 5 used by the EQB in determining the RGU when a project crosses ju- <br />3 6 risdictions, such as this one shared with the City of Arden Hills.
