The report <br />I? identified 15 goals for the City to attain and it identified strategies to meet those goals. <br />I� On Apri19,2007, the City Council requested that staff review goals and strategies to <br />l{) achieve the goals identified in the Imagine Roseville 2025 report. <br />��] <br />� L Management staff inet to assign primary and secondary responsibility of each sub- <br />�� strategy (example l.A.l, 2, 9) to individual city departments, city council, external <br />�3 stakeholders, and in some cases all stakeholders. The list of goals and strategies was then <br />�� sorted by department and staff inet again to refine the assignments; this time reassigning <br />�� all primary responsibility to a particular city department rather than to the city council or <br />��i external stakeholders. <br />�� <br />�� <br />�9 <br />��l <br />3L <br />3'� <br />3� <br />�� <br />The next steps include staff identifying whether the goal or strategy is new, being <br />maintained or would require a change in policy; anticipated or desired timelines; and any <br />preliminary budgetary considerations. <br />Attachment <br />Summary of Goals and Strategies <br />
